Dough (60%):
Wheat flour from EU, water, mixture of vegetable oils (sunflower oil, olive pomace oil), extra virgin olive oil (1.5%), salt, dextrose.
Filling (40%):
Water,white cheese (27%) (cow's milk, calcium chloride, microbial rennet, starter cultures, salt), mizithra whey cheese (25%) (sheep's and
goat's milk, whey, salt), wheat semolina, modified starch, feta cheese PDO (1%) (sheep's and goat's milk, salt, rennet, lactic acid culture, calcium chloride),
corn semolina, egg white powder, salt, black pepper.

- Remove the product from the freezer and remove the cover. Do not defrost.
- Keep the product in its tray.
- Preheat the convection oven to 185°C.
- Place the product directly in the preheated oven.
- During the first 10 minutes, cut the pie along the pre-marked lines.
- Bake at 185°C for approximately 45–55 minutes.
- Adjust baking time and temperature as needed, depending on the type of oven.
Do not microwave the product. Once you defrost the product, you must not refreeze it.
Caution: The product may be very hot after baking. To preserve the quality characteristics of the product, follow the baking instructions carefully.
